Just minutes from gorgeous sugar-sand shores, our largest winery ever – 38,000 square feet – is full of Duplin Southern charm.
Tour the immersive winemaker’s center during a Bottle Your Own Duplin Wine Experience. You'll get to try your hand at bottling our new sweet and fruity Sunshine State of Wine, only available for now at our Panama City Beach location, 10101 Panama City Beach Parkway. Vintage Florida travel posters inspired the red wine’s fun, collectable label.
A conveyor leading from the winemaker’s center carries the freshly bottled wine right into a grand hall full of excitement.
Five huge tasting bars pour another Florida-tribute wine, new Orange Blossom, a fizzy blush with a squeeze of orange freshness. Relax with a glass on welcoming porches or the breezy lakefront pavilion where the best local musicians play. A pier leads you to a delightful over-water gazebo, which just happens to be one of Duplin co-owner Jonathan Fussell’s favorite spots.
“During final construction, each night, after dinner, I would drive my golf cart around the winery to inspect progress and end up walking on the pier,” Jonathan says. “During these quiet, sunset moments, the gazebo was the best place to admire what God had built and recall how much Duplin has grown since my grandfather, father and uncle founded the company almost 50 years ago.”
Panama City Beach hosts Duplin's third winery. Others are in North Myrtle Beach, S.C., and Rose Hill, N.C. But Duplin isn’t just famous for its award-winning wines.
Folks drive for hours to The Bistro, at the original Duplin Winery in Rose Hill, for a slice of Chef Tabatha’s cheesecake. Now, you can indulge at the sweets shop inside Duplin Winery-Panama City Beach. And yes, we make many flavors of our signature homemade fudge there, too.
Don’t miss the Sweetzer wine slushie bar spinning multiple frosty flavors like Raspberry Mango and Pina Colada. Some are alcohol-free. All of them perfect for sipping away sunny Florida days. Grab one and then head to the nearby retail area to browse dozens of wines, cool merchandise, Florida-style keepsakes and more.
All the details that went into Duplin Winery-Panama City Beach, from the flowers we planted to the lovingly refurbished, ’60s-era Chevy pickup truck where you can snap a selfie, express our desire to make anyone who visits Duplin feel at home.

Our Panama City Beach location is open 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday-Saturday. Wine tastings are offered 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. During tastings, you'll sample 10 wines while one of our tasting guides shares notes about the flavors and history of each wine.
Tastings cost $15 and include our famous Duplin Gourmet Muscadine Pineapple Habenero Cheese Dip, Duplin Gourmet Homemade Crackers and a full glass of wine to enjoy after your tasting.
We also offer wine flights featuring four different Duplin wines. Wine-and-cheese flights are available too!
