Recipe: Pink Magnolia Cream Cheese Pie

Ingredients:
  • 2 (8-oz) pkg. cream cheese
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • ⅛ tsp vanilla
  • ½ pint sour cream
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • Strawberries
  • 1 cup Duplin Pink Magnolia
  • ½ cup sugar
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Mix first 4 ingredients. Pour into a buttered pie dish and bake for 40-45 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes.

  3. Mix last 3 ingredients and apply as the topping. Pour over pie, leaving ½ inch crust around the edge. Bake for an additional 5 minutes. Let cool.

  4. To garnish, marinate strawberries in 1 cup Duplin Pink Magnolia and ½ cup sugar for 2 hours. Spoon over pie slices.
