Recipe: Christmas Wine Jelly Brie Bites

Ingredients:
  • 2 (1.9oz) packages frozen mini pastry shells, thawed
  • 3 oz Brie cheese, rind removed
  • ¼ tsp Duplin’s Christmas Wine Jelly
  • 3 Tbsp chopped roasted salted almonds
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Place mini pastry shells, on a baking sheet.

  3. Cut Brie cheese into 30 very small pieces.

  4. Spoon rounded Duplin Christmas wine jelly into each shell; top with cheese.

  5. Sprinkle with almonds.

  6. Bake tartlets 5 to 6 minutes or until cheese is melted.
