- Wash jalapeño peppers and remove their stems.
- Slice jalapeños into ¼-inch-thick rings.
- Uncork wine. Drop sliced jalapeños directly into the bottle. Replace cork and refrigerate wine overnight.
- Serve wine in shot glasses if you would like to pass around samples at a party. You could also pour the wine directly over ice. For a fizzy drink, place ice in a 12-ounce glass. Fill the glass halfway with sparkling water or a lemon-lime soda such as Sprite. Fill the glass the rest of the way full with the jalapeño-infused wine. Garnish with candied jalapeños, if desired and serve with a straw.
