Recipe: Apple Cider Mimosa

Ingredients:
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • Water
  • 1 bottle Duplin Sweet Lily
  • ½ gallon apple cider or apple juice
Directions:
  1. Place brown sugar and pumpkin pie spice in a small bowl. Whisk sugar and spice together and then spread the mixture on a saucer plate.
  2. Place a small amount of water in a wide bowl. Dip the rim of a champagne flute into the water and then directly into the sugar and spice mixture to coat the rim of the glass. Repeat with up to 7 more glasses.
  3. Fill glasses halfway with cider. Top with Sweet Lily.
  4. Makes 8 mimosas.
