Recipe: Ruby Sweet Caroline

Ingredients:
  • ½ bottle Duplin Sweet Caroline
  • Juice of 1/2 ruby red grapefruit
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 4 ounces (1/2 cup) grapefruit-flavored hard seltzer or grapefruit soda
Directions:
  1. Pour Duplin Sweet Caroline into an ice tray and freeze overnight.
  2. Gently stir together ruby red grapefruit juice, lime juice and hard seltzer.
  3. Remove Duplin Sweet Caroline ice cubes from the freezer. Fill a tall glass with the wine ice cubes. Pour grapefruit mixture over the wine ice cubes the the glass. Top with more hard seltzer to fill the glass if necessary.
  4. Garnish with a triangle-shaped slice of grapefruit.
  5. Makes 1 serving.
