- Season pork chops on both sides with salt and pepper.
- Place a large skillet over medium-heat. When pan is hot, add olive oil.
- When oil has heated, add pork chops.
- Cook pork chops over medium heat until browned on both sides and cooked through.
- Transfer the pork chops from the pan to a seving platter and keep warm.
- Return pan to the heat.
- Add minced onions to the plan and cook over medium heat until onions have browned.
- When onions have browned, add the wine to the pan. Bring wine to a simmer. Cook until wine sauce thickens slightly, about 2-4 minutes.
- Remove pan from heat and spoon sauce over pork chops.
- Makes 2 to 4 servings, depending on size of chops.
