Bartender's notes: To make this cocktail sweeter, use more than 2 tablespoons of jelly. To make a version with alcohol, subsitute hard seltzer for sparkling water or club soda.
- Fill a tall glass with ice.
- Add enough sparkling water or club soda to fill glass halfway.
- Stir in 2 tablespoons or more of Duplin Gourmet Christmas Wine Jelly, depending on how sweet you want the drink to taste.
- When jelly has fully diluted, fill glass to the top with more sparkling water or club soda.
- Makes 1 serving.
