Recipe: Christmas Jam Water

Ingredients:
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons Duplin Gourmet Christmas Wine Jelly
  • 8 to 12 ounces of sparkling water or club soda
  • Optional garnish: fresh cranberries
Directions:

Bartender's notes: To make this cocktail sweeter, use more than 2 tablespoons of jelly. To make a version with alcohol, subsitute hard seltzer for sparkling water or club soda.

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice.
  2. Add enough sparkling water or club soda to fill glass halfway.
  3. Stir in 2 tablespoons or more of Duplin Gourmet Christmas Wine Jelly, depending on how sweet you want the drink to taste.
  4. When jelly has fully diluted, fill glass to the top with more sparkling water or club soda.
  5. Makes 1 serving.
