- Chill 4 16-ounce goblet or pint glasses in the freezer.
- Cut limes into quarters lengthwise and then cut each section in half.
- Place limes and Duplin Piña Colada in a blender container. Pulse just until the mixture is roughly blended but not longer than 60 seconds. Overblending will bring out too much of the limes’ bitterness.
- Strain lime and wine mixture into a pitcher. Rinse the blender. Return the strained liquid to the blender. Add the sweetened condensed milk. Fill blender container with ice. Whirl at high speed until frothy but not slushy.
- Pour mixture immediatly into chilled glasses. Garnish with pineapple slices. Makes 4 servings.
