Apple Cider Mimosa
Enjoy this apple mimosa with a brown sugar blended with pumpkin pie spice rimmed glass with a thin apple slice garnish.
Ingredients:
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- Water
- 1 bottle Duplin Sweet Lily
- ½ gallon apple cider or apple juice
Directions:
- Place brown sugar and pumpkin pie spice in a small bowl. Whisk sugar and spice together and then spread the mixture on a saucer plate.
- Place a small amount of water in a wide bowl. Dip the rim of a champagne flute into the water and then directly into the sugar and spice mixture to coat the rim of the glass. Repeat with up to 7 more glasses.
- Fill glasses halfway with cider. Top with Sweet Lily.
- Makes 8 mimosas.
