Bald Head Red Chicken
Jazz up your chicken night with our Bald Head Red Chicken recipe. Simple, but amazingly delish!
Ingredients:
- 1 whole baking chicken
- 1 cup Bald Head Red wine
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
- Garlic powder to taste
- Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
- Wash chicken thoroughly.
- Use meat injector to inject ½ cup Bald Head Red wine throughout the meat.
- Rub olive oil on the skin of the chicken, then season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic powder and Old Bay seasoning.
- Pour remaining ½ cup Bald Head Red wine in the bottom of the baking pan. 5. Place chicken in baking pan.
- Bake at 425 degrees for approximately 1 hour, basting the chicken with wine and juice regularly.
