Pink Magnolia Cream Cheese Pie
This delicious strawberry cream cheese pie is sweet indulgence on a spring or summer day. Topped with wine soaked strawberries, it's the perfect treat for a perfect day.
Ingredients:
- 2 (8-oz) pkg. cream cheese
- ¾ cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- ⅛ tsp vanilla
- ½ pint sour cream
- ¼ cup sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla
- Strawberries
- 1 cup Duplin Pink Magnolia
- ½ cup sugar
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix first 4 ingredients. Pour into a buttered pie dish and bake for 40-45 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes.
- Mix last 3 ingredients and apply as the topping. Pour over pie, leaving ½ inch crust around the edge. Bake for an additional 5 minutes. Let cool.
- To garnish, marinate strawberries in 1 cup Duplin Pink Magnolia and ½ cup sugar for 2 hours. Spoon over pie slices.
